DESCRIPTION:Trumpet player Brian Stock grew up in a musical family as the nephew of Jake Stock\, the leader of the renowned Dixieland group Jake Stock and The Abalone Stompers. Starting trumpet lessons at eight\, Brian played through his school years in Monterey before earning a music degree at San Francisco State. His career includes performing with legends like Tony Bennett\, Ella Fitzgerald\, and Tower of Power\, as well as touring with The California Band and opening for acts like the Doobie Brothers and Loggins and Messina.
