The Giveaway is sponsored by Folktale Winery & Vineyards, 8940 Carmel Valley Road, Carmel, CA 93923 (the “Sponsor”).

Eligibility

  • Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) and household members are not eligible to participate.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

 

No Purchase Necessary

  • No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.


Giveaway Period

  • The Giveaway begins on Monday October 13th, 2025 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on Friday November 14th, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST (the “Giveaway Period”).
  • Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

 

How to Enter

  • Participants may enter by completing [survey, form, or additional described entry method] during the Giveaway Period.
  • A free alternate method of entry (“AMOE”) is available by sending your full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address on a 3×5 card to: Folktale Winery & Vineyards “$250. Gift Card Giveaway” 8940 Carmel Valley Road, Carmel, CA 93923. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Friday, November 7th, 2025 and received no later than Friday, November 14th, 2025 at 3pm PST.
  • Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

 

Prize

  • One (1) prize will be awarded: a Folktale Winery & Vineyards $250. Gift Card for use online or at Folktale Winery & Vineyards (the “Prize”).
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $250.
  • Prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

 

Odds of Winning

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

 

Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
  • Drawing will occur on or about Monday, November 17, 2025.
  • The potential winner will be notified via email/phone within seven (7) days of selection.
  • The winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification to claim the Prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

 

Taxes

  • All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

 

Privacy Policy

  • By entering, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information by Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Giveaway.
  • Participants may request to access, correct, or delete their personal data, or unsubscribe from future communications, by contacting [[email protected]].

 

Agreement to Rules

  • By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

 

Release & Limitation of Liability

  • By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

 

Void Where Prohibited

  • The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
    Prize fulfillment is subject to shipping restrictions and applicable laws. Folktale reserves the right to ship prizes only to U.S. states where it is legally permissible to ship from California. Entrants waive any claim against Folktale arising from inability to deliver a prize due to such shipping restrictions.
