The Annex

A charming eatery and wine shop has brought the inviting atmosphere of Folktale Wine Garden to the Seventh & Dolores space in Carmel-by-the-Sea. You can indulge in elevated bites from the specially curated food menu and choose from a selection of wines by the glass, by the bottle, or opt for one of the various wine flights offered. The focus is on local wines made by Folktale Group, including the flagship Folktale Winery, Le Mistral, Ventana Vineyards, and Common Thread, complemented by selections from the Seventh & Dolores wine list, including a sparkling wine flight.

 

The space features a modern interior with café-style and lounge seating, a small bar, a fireplace, and a wine shop. The wrap-around patio provides a relaxing space to bask in the sun and ocean breeze, with heaters and a fire pit to keep the outside area comfortable. This is sure to become your new favorite spot in town!

 

The Annex is behind the Seventh & Dolores Steakhouse, with its entrance on Dolores Street. No reservations are necessary—just drop by!

Monday, Thursday, Friday: 3 pm – 9 pm

Saturday: 2 pm – 9 pm

Sunday: 2 pm – 8 pm

Closed on Tuesday & Wednesday.
