Bobcat Rob Armenti

Bobcat Rob is a Songwriter / Multi-Instrumentalist with a voice likened to honey drizzled over burning coals. His songs are as uplifting as they are haunting, drawing on visceral truths and common threads to weave captivating tales. From quiet to loud, reserved to explosive, each song carries its weight and settles deep into the listener. ‘Engineer,’ ‘Drainpipes,’ ‘Beauty In The World,’ and ‘Popcorn Lung’ – the four singles released from the new full-length album – venture deeper into a sound Bobcat has been cultivating in recent years that he likes to call Surf Country. Swimming, sometimes psychedelic guitar and keyboard tones with the backbone of a solid rhythm section, paired with heartfelt, honest songwriting, powerful vocals, and lush harmonies.

Chris Lynch

Chris Lynch

It is not what you play, but how you play it’ is a familiar aphorism in music. We rarely experience someone who embodies both the virtuosity and the primordial force of musical expression. Chris Lynch is one of those musicians. Multi-instrumentalist, film composer, arranger, producer, and engineer are just a handful of titles you could pin on Lynch, though he is foremost a violinist. The violin has been the centerpiece of Chris’ musical story arc since moving to Santa Cruz from Minnesota in the early 2000s. He began scoring films like Code and Response (Austin Peck), touring with Marty O’Reilly, The Brothers Comatose, and The Shook Twins. He is now releasing his debut solo album, ‘ Migrations’ on Sonderhouse Records.
